Role Overview
You will support the Account Management team in managing day-to-day client communication, research, coordination, reporting, and project tracking. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign development, digital marketing workflows, and the fundamentals of account management in a fast-paced agency environment.
What You Will Do:
1. Research & Brand Support
- Conduct weekly research on market trends, competitors, and social media insights for assigned brands.
- Assist in preparing brainstorming notes and reference decks for creative discussions.
- Support idea generation for engagement activities, campaigns, and content buckets.
2. Client Coordination Assistance
- Prepare call summaries, follow-up notes, and daily updates to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and update client trackers, communication logs, and feedback documentation.
- Provide strategic insights during client interactions, meetings, and review cycles.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Assist in collating monthly performance reports, insight decks, and analytics summaries.
- Maintain updated folders with briefs, assets, reports, and approvals.
- Manage incident logs and monthly issue reports.
4. Administrative & Project Support
- Coordinate with design, copy, performance, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Support scheduling of internal and client meetings, managing calendars, and updating project sheets.
- Assist in pitch presentations, research, and documentation as part of new business efforts.
5. AI & Productivity Tools
- Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to support research, content drafts, and presentation outlines.
- Use CRM or workflow tools to boost efficiency
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables through dashboards or internal tools.
What You Bring
- Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and client servicing.
- Basic understanding of social media, digital platforms, and brand communication.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and meet timelines.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with AI or productivity tools is an advantage, but not mandatory.
