Role OverviewWe are looking for a Group Account Director / Head – Client Servicing to lead key client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end delivery of projects.
This is a business leadership role, responsible for:
- Owning client partnerships
- Driving revenue and growth
- Leading internal teams across multiple projects
The role requires someone who understands both creative + commercial + execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Leadership & Relationship Management- Act as the primary lead for key clients and accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with brand teams and stakeholders
- Be the go-to strategic partner for clients across campaigns and projects
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new clients
- Lead pitches, presentations, and proposal development
- Drive account expansion and upselling across services (digital, on-ground, IPs)
- Own revenue targets and growth for assigned accounts
3. Strategic Thinking & Campaign Direction- Translate brand briefs into strong campaign ideas and solutions
- Work closely with strategy and creative teams to shape proposals
- Ensure all work aligns with brand positioning and objectives
- Bring proactive ideas to clients beyond briefs
4. Project Oversight & Delivery- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns and events
- Ensure timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
- Work closely with operations, production, and design teams
- Step in to resolve challenges and ensure smooth delivery
5. Commercial Ownership- Lead budgeting, costing, and proposal structuring
- Ensure profitability across projects
- Negotiate with clients on commercials and scope
- Maintain strong control over margins
6. Team Leadership- Lead and mentor client servicing teams
- Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Build a strong, accountable, and high-performing team
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with:
- Creative & Design
- Operations & Production
- Digital Team
- Ensure alignment across all departments for seamless execution
Key Requirements- 7–12+ years of experience in client servicing / account management (agency side)
- Strong experience in experiential, events, or integrated marketing
- Proven track record in handling large clients and growing accounts
- Strong understanding of commercials, costing, and negotiations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Leadership experience managing teams
