The Opportunity

We are hiring an Account Executive to own and grow revenue across UAE, UK, and APAC. This is a full-cycle, net-new business role — you will prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close without a script and without hand-holding.

You will be selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers who are ready to move away from outdated tools and manual processes. Your job is to find them, earn their trust, and close them.

This is not a role for someone who needs a warm lead to get started. This is a role for someone who builds their own pipeline, runs their own process, and hits their number.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to signed contract
  • Build pipeline from scratch through outbound sequences, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and inbound follow-up
  • Run consultative discovery calls and tailored product demos for mid-market and enterprise buyers
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance teams
  • Manage accurate pipeline, forecasting, and deal hygiene in CRM daily
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and implementation teams for smooth post-close handoffs
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets
  • Represent the brand at regional events, webinars, and virtual summits
  • Feed market intelligence back to the product and marketing teams — your voice matters here

What You Must Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS product sales experience — direct quota-carrying roles only
  • Startup or scale-up background is required — you know how to operate without a playbook, build from zero, and figure things out independently
  • A real number — ARR attained, deals closed, quota percentage — that you can speak to clearly and confidently
  • Experience running the full sales cycle end-to-end without SDR support
  • Strong outbound motion — you know how to build a sequence, work a list, and generate your own pipeline
  • Prior exposure to UAE, UK, or APAC markets — you understand how buyers in these regions think and decide
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Excellent English communication — written and verbal
  • CRM-native — you live in your pipeline daily

  • Experience with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, or Instantly
  • Arabic or regional language proficiency
  • History of being a top performer or early AE hire at a SaaS startup
  • Ability to give product feedback based on what you hear in the field

This Role Is Not For You If

  • Your background is in IT services, system integration, or consulting
  • You have never carried a direct SaaS quota
  • You need a large team, a structured SDR function, or a fully built playbook to succeed
  • You cannot speak to specific deals you have closed — product name, deal value, cycle length
