Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Mumbai. The Account Executive will be responsible for coordinating with internal team, and ensuring deliverables are met as per agreed timelines and quality. Key responsibilities include understanding stakeholders needs, maintaining communication, ensuring stakeholders satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and business growth. Few of the key deliverables are mentioned below:

1. Processing of vendor invoices
2. Bank book update on daily basis
3. Preparing vendor payments and bank uploads
4. Processing of employee reimbursements
5. Ensuring all the GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
6. Preparing Bank reconciliations
7. Preparing periodic MIS and financial reporting
8. Assistance in closing internal and statutory audits
9. End-to-end accounting:- JV entries, Salary entries, fixed assets entries, Purchase & sale entries.

Educational Qualification

B.com | MBA Finance

Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience

Technical knowledge and skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP would be an additional advantage
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
