Account Executive

Job Title: Finance Executive

Salary: Up to 15,000 - 20,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts and finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles, accounting processes, and regulations. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.

-Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledgers.

-Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

-Assist in tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

-Assist in audits and liaise with auditors as needed.

-Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and receipts.

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Minimum 1 years of experience in accounts and finance.

-Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; further qualifications like CA Inter, CMA, or MBA in Finance are a plus.

-Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Immediate availability to join is preferred.
