Job Description

We are looking for highly driven Account Executives who thrive on closing deals and owning revenue outcomes. In this role, you will manage qualified inbound and outbound leads, run product demos, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with brands and agencies. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for TrueFan AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure.
  • Engage with decision-makers through calls, demos, and meetings to understand business needs.
  • Present TrueFan AI's solutions effectively and map value to customer requirements.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and deal updates in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. ).
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales closure, account executive, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales pipelines.
