Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Work from Office (Okhla Phase 1, Delhi)

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)

Working Days: 5 Days working

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and handle GST-related compliance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software and have a solid understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records accurately.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GST laws, rules, and accounting standards.
• Utilize accounting software (Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks) for data management.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in audits as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GST laws, rules, and compliance procedures.
• Proven experience in GST return filing and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
