About the Role

1) Managing end to end Accounts receivable (R2R) process for Instant Bollywood incl.

a) Procuring PO from the client, raising invoices and sharing it with the client.

b) addressing all customer concerns related to billing (like - GST, billing details etc.).

c) Co-ordinating with clients on outstanding payments over emails and phone (incl. TDS certificates).

d) Prepration of Debtors and unbilled aging analysis.

2) Assist in monthly closing by making relevant revenue & cost provisions in SAP in consultation with the business.

3) Assist in prepration of monthly Business MIS (P&L) and cash flow.

4) Monthly client & vendor reconcilication.

5) Monthly bank reconciliation of Times IB Studio Ltd. bank accounts.

6) GST & TDS reconciliation and co-ordinating with central tax team for compliances.

7) Co-ordinating with Central finance team for addressing audit points related to Instant Bollywood.

Preferred Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts & Finance, or Commercial Finance.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience in invoicing, collections, debtor ageing, unbilled revenue and payment follow-ups.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
• Experience with monthly closing, provisions, MIS/P&L and cash-flow reporting.
• Prior experience with SAP or any ERP/accounting software is preferred.
• Experience in client/vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
• Good coordination skills for working with clients, business teams, auditors and central finance/tax teams.
