Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team. The ideal candidate will act as the link between clients and the internal creative/strategy teams, ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client briefs, business objectives, and brand guidelines
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Participate in client meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)
Project Coordination
Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative, media, and strategy teams
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Ensure quality control before final delivery to clients
Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and execution of 360 campaigns (Digital, Print, TV, Social, BTL, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients
Support strategy and creative teams with relevant client inputs
Financial & Administrative
Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and invoices
Track budgets and ensure projects stay within approved limits
Follow up on payments and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field
13 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaigns
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
