Social Buzz, a unit of GMS Hospitality Services Private Ltd, is a full-service digital marketing agency founded by alumni from prestigious institutions like IIM-A, MICA, Miranda House, and BITS Pilani in 2016. The agency is empanelled with the Times of India and has successfully executed high-impact campaigns for prominent clients in sectors such as education, jewelry, lifestyle, BFSI, and F&B. Known for its innovative strategies, branding expertise, and performance-driven results, Social Buzz has gained significant recognition in a short span. Some of its notable projects include the Times of India's Buzzphoria campaign and Jagran Sanskarshala, achieving impressive engagement and visibility metrics.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive position based in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams to execute digital marketing strategies, and drive campaign performance. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, developing marketing plans, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, project management, and a results-oriented approach to achieve client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in English language, Client Account Management, Client Communication, and Relationship Building
  • Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Performance Marketing
  • Competence in Branding, Campaign Strategy Development, and Marketing Analysis
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Proficiency with tools for SEO, SEM, and analytics to monitor campaign performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive approach, adaptability, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred knowledge of Social Media channels like LinkedIn
  • Analytics abilities to report monthly performance
  • Students with degree in BA English, BJMC, B Com
