Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end SMB sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close) for U.S.-based customers
  • Manage both inbound and outbound leads, including cold outreach
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company targets
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience selling to SMB customers (not limited to enterprise sales)
  • Direct exposure to the U.S. market and understanding of U.S. buyer behavior
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-growing SaaS startups or growth-stage companies
  • Experience managing high-volume deal cycles ($5K-$100K ARR range)
  • Strong consultative selling approach
  • Deep understanding of SMB pain points and buying processes in the U.S.
