Job Description

  • Drive fullcycle sales for the US SMB segment, owning everything from outbound prospecting and qualification to closing netnew business.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline by engaging prospects across email, phone, LinkedIn, and targeted industry events.
  • Conduct highquality discovery to understand customer pain points, articulate business value, and position the product as a strategic solution.
  • Deliver compelling product demos customized to the SMB buyer persona, with a focus on ROI, ease of adoption, and fast timetovalue.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and strong customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of overall experience, with a strong background in SaaS sales.
  • Strong experience in SMB or Mid Market sales to the US market is a must.
  • Demonstrate strong command over valuebased selling, with the ability to quickly understand customer pain points, articulate ROI, and tailor product narratives to the needs of timeconstrained SMB buyers and fastscaling midmarket organizations
  • Must have experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closure, while operating with speed, precision, and commercial acumen.
  • Open to a 5 day WFO model based out of Bangalore
