Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business revenue across SMB and Mid-Market segments. This role is ideal for candidates who consistently exceed quotas, handle meaningful deal sizes, and thrive in a fast-scaling, sales-led SaaS environment.
You will own the full sales cyclefrom discovery to closeand collaborate closely with SDRs, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams to win and expand accounts.
Key Responsibility:
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing
- Close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities across SMB and Mid-Market
- Handle deal sizes:
- SMB: $5,000+ ARR
- Mid-Market: $20,000+ ARR
- Consistently achieve and overachieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas
- Conduct value-driven discovery and map customer pain points to solutions
- Build strong business cases and ROI narratives
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams
- Share customer and market feedback with leadership
Requirements:
- 47 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience closing $5K+ ARR (SMB) and/or $20K+ ARR (Mid-Market) deals
- Track record of quota overachievement in at least 3 of the last 4 quarters
- Experience in an established SaaS organization with a strong SLG (self-led growth) motion
- Strong understanding of structured sales processes (discovery, qualification, forecasting)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
