Account Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Chennai. The Account Executive will manage customer accounts, develop relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. The role requires effective communication with clients, generating leads, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring shipment tracking and operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and account management
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and global logistics management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software applications relevant to logistics and account management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Previous experience in a logistics company is a strong advantage
