What is ServiceAgent

For service-based businesses that struggle with handling calls, scheduling, billing, and customer communication, ServiceAgent is an AI Operations Platform that replaces multiple front office, back office roles and tools with AI Agents, so that businesses can run 24/7 operations, capture more revenue, cut labor cost, and eliminate software clutter.

Unlike AI receptionist apps, virtual assistants, or disconnected SaaS tools,ServiceAgent combines AI calling, CRM, payments, invoicing, scheduling, and follow-ups inside one platform - free to use, paid only when it performs.

About the Role

We're looking for a Founding AE to own revenue from the ground up — building outbound motion, running the full sales cycle, and shaping how we sell. You'll be an early member of the GTM team with direct influence on process, tooling, and strategy.

This role is based in Noida, and we work in-office 4 days a week, as collaboration and real-time problem-solving are key to driving impact.

What We'll Count on You For

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and outbound sourcing to demo, trial, negotiation, and close. No handoffs.
  • Drive and manage the inbound motion — qualify, prioritize, and convert inbound leads efficiently using PQL signals and product usage data.
  • Build and execute outbound sequences targeting high-fit ICP accounts — using AI tools, intent data, and personalization at scale.
  • Run tailored product demos and POCs — connect product capabilities directly to each prospect's workflows and business goals, and own the outcome of every proof-of-concept you initiate.
  • Lead trial success end-to-end — drive activation, measure value realization, and convert trials to paid with clear success milestones.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene — own the CRM, deal trackers, and forecasting with defined milestones and use cases per opportunity.
  • Actively contribute to GTM playbook development — document what works, share learnings, and help define how we scale the sales function.

What'll Make You a Great Match

  • 4–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing AE role — you've owned a quota, built a pipeline, and have consistent results to show for it.
  • Proven full-cycle closer — you've taken deals from cold outreach to signed contracts independently, without relying on an SE or pre-sales team to carry you across the line.
  • AI-native seller — you actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Amplemarket, etc.) to research accounts, craft outreach, prep for calls, and close faster. This is non-negotiable.
  • High EQ and elite communication — you read rooms, adjust your pitch on the fly, and build trust quickly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Founder-mode mindset — you don't wait for processes to be handed to you. You build it, iterate, and share it.
  • US market fluency — you're comfortable working async or overlapping with US time zones and understand how US buyers evaluate and buy.
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone to make cold calls to potential customers.
