Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Accounts Operation at Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. in Thane-Gcorp. The primary responsibilities include managing accounts efficiently, analyzing financial data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve working closely with stakeholders to meet operational goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data accurately
• Excellent Communication abilities for clear and professional interaction with stakeholders
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
• Experience in Account Management, ensuring accuracy and maintaining client accounts
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools is a plus
