Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic prospecting and connect with decision-makers across construction and infrastructure firms
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client pain points
- Demonstrate Aasaan's ERP, Project Management, HRMS, and CRM solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Handle multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to internal teams
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in ERP/SaaS sales or construction-tech domain preferred
- Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, and billing processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and adaptable mindset
