About Loop - Loop is a subscription management platform for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Most of our business is in US market and some in Europe / ANZ region.We are growing very fast on back of strong product / merchant experience.

We grew 5x in 2023, 3x in 2024, and is on track to grow 2.5x in 2025.We have been able to scale to $10m+ ARR via organic channels and a small but powerful team.

Responsibilities

  • Own lead / opps conversion rate for inbound business
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team for implementation.
  • Act as product / business consultant to merchants to win new business
  • Create your own pipe and proactively seek new business opportunities besidess inbound
  • Directly responsible for new MRR addition

Ideal Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales development role in B2B companies in US Market (Outbound Sales Experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales channels including LinkedIn, emails, cold calls
  • Strong hustler with very crisp written and verbal communication skills
