Role Description
This full-time, on-site Account Executive role is based in New Delhi. As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored asset management solutions to resolve NPA challenges. You will work closely with the team to ensure client satisfaction, present customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and meet performance targets. Additionally, you will assist in implementing strategies to help clients achieve their financial and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proven sales experience, including account management and revenue growth
- Analytical skills for assessing financial data, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of asset management and NPA resolution processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Familiarity with banking or financial sectors is a plus
