Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, creating and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, there will be a focus on market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Handling, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Sales, and Customer Engagement
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
