Rayonix Tech Private Limited is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, expense entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense analysis.
- Support GST, TDS, and customs-related documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants.
- Monitor receivables, payables, payment schedules, and cost centres.
- Assist with monthly closures, audits, and financial reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com graduate.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or compliance.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting ERP, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage routine accounting activities independently.
Preferred: Candidates residing in or around Sector 44, Gurugram. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
