Job Description

Position: Sr. Manager Sales and Marketing (GTM)

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 4-10 years

Client: AI Testing Platform

Salary: Upto 30 LPA

Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales & GTM Leader to own the execution of our early sales and go-to-market strategy. You'll be working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to identify key accounts, shape the sales playbook, and grow revenue. This is an ideal role for a high-agency individual who thrives in ambiguity and wants to grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure with enterprise customers.
  • Execute and iterate on our GTM playbook across sectors like aerospace, healthcare, and retail etc.
  • Collaborate with the founder and product team to shape messaging, value proposition, and pitch materials.
  • Build early customer relationships with Heads of AI/ML, innovation leads, and product owners.
  • Conduct competitive research and provide feedback to refine positioning.
  • Maintain and report key metrics pipeline, conversion rates, deal cycles, etc.
  • Represent RagaAI at industry events and help build early brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in early-stage startups.
  • Proven ability to close deals with mid-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, especially in AI/ML or SaaS.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter with a founder mindset.

Good to Have

  • MBA or business education.
  • Technical background (CS or Engineering).
  • Experience as an early-stage founder or operator.
