Account Executive

JOB TITLE: Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Job Summary

:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliances, payroll processing, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation, labor laws, and accounting procedures

.Key Responsibilities

:• Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, Income Tax, GST, and Gratuity

.• Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines

.• Process and manage monthly payroll accurately

.• Maintain employee payroll records and statutory deductions

.• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and statutory accounts

.• Prepare accounting entries and maintain books of accounts

.• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

.• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required

.• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations

.• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections

.Required Skills

:• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and payroll management

.• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime

.• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

.• Excellent communication and organizational skills

.Educational Qualification

:• B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification

.• Additional certifications in accounting, taxation, or payroll management will be an advantage
