JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE/SR. EXECUTIVE
OnGrid is a leading digital trust platform offering digital KYC, verifications, and background checks for
onboarding employees, contractors, users, merchants, customers, etc. Founded by IIT-B alumni, OnGrid
has completed more than 500+ million checks across 3,000+ happy clients.
At OnGrid, we are focused on redefining and reimagining trust, safety, compliance, and accountability
through our platforms, OnGrid, eLockr, and Gridlines. Having built these basic pillars of trust (and
creating a profitable venture with 300+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination
to be let loose and think of avenues never explored and execute in ways never implemented before.
In this pursuit, we are looking for a motivated Executive - Accounts with experience in designing and
implementing a strategic plan that covers a wide customer base and helps in establishing a strong
market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, send, and follow up on client invoices.
- Coordinate with the Accountant on expenses
- Prepare reports on business expenses and revenue
- Follow up with clients on invoices
- GST and TDS reconciliations
- ZOHO entries for internal accounting and MIS
Requirements
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- Hands-on experience using MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
