Position Overview:

Department: Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with prior experience working in an e-commerce/D2C brand. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, Excel, and day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Manage and reconcile e-commerce platform settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, payment gateways, etc.)
• Track receivables, payables, and vendor payments
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, bills, and vouchers
• Assist in GST-related work data preparation, returns, and reconciliation
• Prepare MIS reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders as required

Requirement:

• B.Com graduate (mandatory)
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting
• Prior experience with an e-commerce/D2C brand is highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good understanding of accounting entries and financial processes
• Knowledge of GST basics and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
