Key Skills & Responsibilities -1. Accounting Knowledge
. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
. Ability to work with General Ledger, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheet items.
. Capable of preparing and analysing reports for MIS purposes.
2. Numerical Ability
. Excellent command over numbers with high accuracy.
. Strong ability to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies.
3. Technical Skills
. Proficiency in Excel, Micros, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis tools.
. Working knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation.
. Ability to generate MIS reports and perform analytical assessments.
4. Typing & Documentation Skills
. Good typing speed to ensure timely data entry and documentation.
. Ability to maintain accurate records.
5. Communication Skills
. Good written and verbal communication in English.
. Capable of preparing clear emails, reports, and presentations.
6. Project & Deadline Management
. Understanding the importance of project timelines and deliverables.
. Ability to follow tasks through to completion with ownership and accountability.
. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
