As an Account Executive on our growing sales team, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact. This is a unique opportunity to join our initial sales team and be part of a high-energy, fast-paced startup. You will engage with potential clients, understand their specific challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process. You'll need to bring a multidimensional approach, combining strategic outreach, consultative sales skills, and creative follow-up tactics to close deals effectively.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct product demos and presentations, effectively communicating Nimesa's value proposition to CXO-level and IT stakeholders.
- Build relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, focusing on CIOs, IT Managers, and decision-makers.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with an emphasis on consultative selling and customer pain-point resolution.
- Drive new business by targeting and engaging prospects in the USA and UK markets, as well as the domestic Indian market.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand Nimesa's products and solutions, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging.
- Leverage sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and maximize conversion rates.
- Develop creative follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by closing high-value deals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in demand generation, qualification, appointment setting, and presenting to CXO levels in either international or Indian markets.
- Market Knowledge: Proven experience selling to CIOs or IT Managers in mid-market and enterprise segments is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS, backup/recovery, disaster recovery (DR), or cloud services (AWS/Azure) sales is highly advantageous.
- Sales Regions: Prior experience selling to the USA or UK markets is preferred.
- Sales Methodology: Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Consultative Selling: Strong consultative skills with a focus on understanding and solving customer pain points.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work in US/UK time zones when required.
