The Role
Equip helps companies hire faster. It has shortlisting tools like ATS, Resume Screening, AI Interviews and Assessments. It also helps companies discover candidates, like on LinkedIn.
This is NOT a traditional Senior Account Executive role. We've grown to 850+ companies across 81 countries with zero salespeople. Customers found us, tried the product, and paid us based on usage. We're now building a sales motion from scratch, and this role sits near the center of it.
You'll carry our larger and more complex accounts and close deals end-to-end. You'll help our junior Account Executives get better at the job. You'll also live close enough to customers that you shape what we build next, not just what we sell.
This is a salary-based role with no commission. We pay a strong fixed salary because we want people who take ownership of the whole job, not just the parts that pay a bonus.
