What you'll do:
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of AEs targeting the US region, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies for the US market, aligned with company goals.
- Oversee training programs to enhance AE skills, focusing on closing deals and customer relationship management.
- Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time, and boost win rates.
- Foster a results-driven, positive team environment, motivating AEs to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
- Track team performance, provide regular updates, and use data to optimize sales processes.
- Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
Who you are:
- 10-12 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Strong understanding of the US market, sales processes, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using sales data and KPIs to drive decisions and performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales or similar industries is a must.
- Knowledge of K-12 and Schools and School districts is a plus.
