Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in the Mohali district. The Account Executive will handle day-to-day client communication, coordinate delivery of accounting and bookkeeping services, and manage assigned client portfolios. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and reviewing workpapers and reconciliations, monitoring deadlines for year-end financial statements and tax returns, and ensuring quality control over completed work. The role will also involve supporting new client onboarding, maintaining accurate records in practice management software, and liaising with internal accounting teams to resolve issues. The Account Executive will contribute to improving processes, reporting on client account status, and promoting long-term client relationships aligned with the company's mission.

Qualifications
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge, including financial statements, reconciliations, payroll, and tax-related processes.
- Familiarity with global accounting practices, especially Australia and New Zealand accounting concepts, GST/BAS, income tax, and FBT.
- Proficiency with accounting and practice management software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and similar platforms.
- Client relationship management skills, including professional communication, stakeholder coordination, and service-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to structured processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in accounting or taxation are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an outsourced accounting, CA firm, or advisory environment is preferred.
