Role Description

The Account Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting, understanding client needs, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing account support. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies and address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • US-based selling experience preferred
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive decision-making
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Understanding of AI-driven sales solutions is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
