Why this role matters

This role is at the heart of LimeChat's revenue growth.

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle—starting from discovery to closing. You'll help fast-growing D2C brands understand how LimeChat can drive automation, conversion, and retention using AI-powered customer journeys across WhatsApp and chat.

You'll work closely with founders, growth teams, and marketing leaders, and directly influence the quality pipeline and revenue outcomes for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead qualification & pipeline ownership

What success looks like

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue goals
  • Improving conversion rates from demo → closure
  • Reducing average sales cycle length
  • Increasing average contract value (ACV)
  • Strong customer sentiment post-sale and smooth onboarding handovers
Must-haves

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Strong communication + storytelling skills (you can sell value, not features)
  • Comfort with structured sales processes + pipeline ownership
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to confidently engage founders and functional leaders across teams
Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with sales frameworks like BANT / MEDDICC
  • Experience using a CRM like HubSpot
  • Prior experience selling WhatsApp, martech, customer support, or automation products
