Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members as required.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Participate in product training and continuous professional development.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform sales decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
