Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

We specialize in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), data services, and integrated GTM solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Role Overview

The Key Account Executive will manage and grow strategic B2B international accounts by building strong client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, and driving revenue through account expansion, cross-selling, and up-selling. This role involves handling US and international clients in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B international (US-focused) accounts.
  • Understand client goals and ensure Lake B2B solutions meet and exceed expectations.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and support smooth campaign execution.
  • Present the value of Lake B2Bs demand generation, ABM, and data solutions to drive account growth.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across services.
  • Revive and manage dormant or inactive accounts to generate new revenue.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, performance reviews, and client discussions.
  • Perform prospecting activities including cold calling, networking, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams during brainstorming sessions and client meetings.
  • Analyse account data, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate client, prospect, partner, and vendor records in CRM systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or key account management.
  • Experience working with US/international clients (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, or B2B marketing services.
  • Proven ability in account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in US shift (6 PM 3 AM) from office.
  • Target-driven, analytical, and proactive mindset.
