Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction & Communication
  • Support account managers in client meetings, CXO discussions, and presentations
  • Understand customer business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and roadmap requirements
  • Build confidence in articulating ideas clearly and professionally
  • Learn to understand client problems and business contexts
  • Research & Opportunity Identification
  • Conduct market research, account research, and competitor analysis
  • Identify potential areas of opportunity within accounts
  • Support in building account plans and opportunity pipelines
  • Proposal & Pre-Sales Support
  • Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and solution documents
  • Work with internal teams to gather inputs for client pitches
  • Learn how to connect business needs with technical solutions and evolve to advising customers on technology strategy, architecture, and best practices
  • Recommend innovative solutions leveraging Cloud, AI, Automation, Integration, Analytics, and Data platforms
  • Participate in Event & Webinar Campaigns and ensure closure with needed follow-ups
  • Account Specific Newsletter Campaigns and Follow-ups
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and solution teams including Finance, HR etc.
  • Participate in internal discussions on estimations, pricing, and approach
  • Gain exposure to end-to-end deal lifecycle evolving in managing deals independently later
  • Learning Commercial & Negotiation Basics
  • Shadow account managers in commercial discussions
  • Understand pricing models, contracts, and negotiation strategies
  • Develop business and financial acumen over time

Experience We Are Looking For

  • 4–8 years of experience in delivery, sales, consulting, customer success, or client engagement roles.
  • Proven exposure to digital transformation, cloud adoption, and modernization initiatives.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive outcomes, and ensure accountability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Comfortable working with data, business insights, and value-driven business cases to support decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments, effectively prioritize tasks, and develop execution plans to achieve growth and performance KPIs.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and passion for adopting emerging technologies while understanding evolving customer landscapes.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML, intelligent automation platforms, APIs, integrations, ERP systems, and enterprise technologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP technology platforms and enterprise application ecosystems.

Qualification

  • Strong academic background with a BTech/BE
  • Master's degree / MBA (Sales / Strategy / Operations) preferred
