About the Role

We are hiring Sales Account Executives to run a high-volume, high-tempo calling and closing motion. Leads come from three sources: cold outbound lists, product signups, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Your job is to work all three consistently, get prospects on demo calls, run those calls well, and bring co-founders in at the right moment to close.

This is a calling and closing role, not a lead generation or campaign design role. You will not be building outbound sequences or managing partnerships. You will be on the phone and in demos every day, moving deals forward.

What You Will Own

Cold Calling

  • Work assigned cold call lists of decision makers in our target verticals
  • Qualify quickly, book the demo, keep a steady daily call volume

Product Signup Leads

  • Call every inbound product signup promptly, while intent is fresh
  • Understand what the prospect signed up to solve, and move them toward a demo

MQLs

  • Call marketing qualified leads on a defined follow up cadence
  • Re-qualify, handle early objections, and convert into booked demos

Demo Calls

  • Run the demo call end-to-end: discovery, product walkthrough, and next steps
  • Position DialNexa's voice agents against the prospect's actual workflow, not a generic pitch
  • Keep every deal moving with a clear next step and a date

Closing, with Co-founder Support

  • Bring in co-founders at the right stage to help close, particularly for larger or more complex accounts
  • Prepare co-founders with a clear brief before every closing call: prospect context, objections raised, and what is needed to close
  • Own the deal through to signature, co-founders assist, they do not replace you

Pipeline Hygiene

  • Log every call, every outcome, and every next step in the CRM the same day
  • Keep a forecast that is accurate, not optimistic

What We Are Looking For
  • 3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with high call volume (cold calling, inside sales, or inbound lead qualification)
  • Comfortable on the phone for hours a day, this is a calling-heavy role
  • Experience selling SaaS or AI products is a strong advantage
  • Experience selling into Ed-tech, Real-estate, or enterprise accounts is a plus
  • Sharp on discovery, asks the right questions and actually listens to the answers
  • Confident presenter who can run a clean demo without over-engineering the pitch
  • Organised enough to work three lead sources at once without anything slipping
  • Comfortable working alongside co-founders on closing calls, briefing them well and following through after

Everyone at DialNexa uses AI actively in their work. For this role, that means using tools like Claude or Apollo AI to research prospects before a call, prepare sharper talk tracks, and personalise follow-ups faster. If AI already speeds up how you sell, you will fit right in.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months
  • Full daily call volume across cold, signup, and MQL lists, with no source neglected
  • A steady, predictable flow of booked demos converting into qualified opportunities
  • A track record of demos that convert, and closing calls that co-founders are glad to join
  • Clean CRM data and a forecast the founders can plan around without double-checking it
