Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing strong client relationships, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tailored communication solutions that meet client needs. The role also requires maintaining a deep understanding of the CPaaS services offered by INBOX and staying informed about industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and account management experience in B2B or enterprise environments
  • Ability to identify client needs, provide customized solutions, and close deals effectively
  • Familiarity with CPaaS solutions or related industries such as Telecommunications, Messaging, or Communication Platforms
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare, Retail, E-Commerce, or Fintech verticals is an added advantage
