This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive, GSI in India.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners. You will engage with leading GSIs to support their sales efforts and deliver strategic AI-driven IT operations solutions to enterprise clients. The position involves both direct selling and enabling partners, coordinating proofs of concept, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations. You will leverage your industry knowledge, business acumen, and communication skills to identify opportunities, develop joint solutions, and influence decision-makers. This role offers high visibility, the opportunity to work with top-tier GSIs, and the chance to make a measurable impact on partner and company success. Ideal candidates are dynamic, independent, and experienced in complex IT software sales.

Accountabilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with assigned GSI partners
  • Articulate business value and strategic impact of solutions to key decision-makers
  • Coordinate proofs of concept, partner enablement plans, and delivery execution
  • Build joint solutions with GSI practice teams and business units to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across GSIs, understanding their needs and priorities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and relevant data to inform sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage deal pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct software sales experience, ideally in IT operations management or related fields
  • Proven hunter-sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong understanding of GSI business models and enterprise IT environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage execution of sales plans, revenue targets, and forecasts
  • High ethical standards and ability to drive results independently
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or a related field
