Global Vikas Trust is a grassroots non-profit organisation working to uplift rural India by helping small and marginal farmers increase their income through high-value crops, sustainable agriculture, water conservation, women empowerment initiatives, and social causes such as dowry-free community marriages. Over the last six years, GVT has planted more than 6.59+ crore fruit trees across 43,000+ acres, supported over 30,000+ farmer families in 5,000+ villages, increased farmers income from 38,700 to 3,93,000 per acre, harvested 800+ crore litres of water, and built a world-class one lakh sq.ft farmer training centre on a 25-acre campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and records
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor coordination
• Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Support audits by preparing the required documents
• Track expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting and organisational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• 03 years of experience in accounts
• Must know Tally (ERP/Tally Prime)
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in filling TDS, PT, GST etc.
• Good communication, discipline, and attention to detail
