Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 24 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, coordinate with the marketing team for costing requirements, and ensure accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, Excel, and possess basic knowledge of TDS and GST, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the marketing teams to gather data for costing and budgeting.

Prepare and maintain cost sheets in Excel with attention to detail.

Record and maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit and Loss for the marketing team.

Prepare product and channel wise marketing cost sheet

Handle basic TDS and GST calculations under guidance.

Maintain detailed data on expense management systems.

Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and vendor payments.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data.

Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.

Comfortable travelling with the marketing team for shoots and assisting in documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

24 years of hands-on experience in accounting.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Basic knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
