What You'll Do:
- Manage budgeting and financial planning to support business growth.
- Handle ITR filing and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Track and monitor daily/weekly/monthly expenses across business units.
- Prepare financial reports to support decision-making.
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and management teams for cost optimization.
- Support external audits and liaise with tax consultants when required.
What We're Looking For:
- 13 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a strong preference for candidates from an e-commerce/D2C background.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, ITR filing, GST, TDS, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities.
