Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Gurugram. The Account Executive will focus on client acquisition, relationship development, and overseeing account operations to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering custom solutions, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations. The role may also involve developing sales strategies, attending client meetings, and preparing performance reports to ensure sustained client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or related roles
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and improve account performance
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects with efficiency
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of financial management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or eye care industry is an advantage
• Experience in GST filings, records keeping and invoice generation and management
