The Role
Equip helps companies hire faster. It has shortlisting tools like ATS, Resume Screening, AI Interviews and Assessments. It also helps companies discover candidates, like on LinkedIn.
This is NOT a traditional sales role. We've grown to 850+ companies across 81 countries with zero salespeople. Customers found us, tried the product, and paid us based on usage. This role is the first step in changing that.
It's a hybrid of sales, customer relationships, and product. You'll prospect, run demos, and close deals. You'll also live close enough to customers that you become a source of what we build next.
This is a salary-based role with no commission. We pay a strong fixed salary because we want people who take ownership of the whole job, not just the parts that pay a bonus.
