Company Description Zintlr is a B2B sales intelligence platform that helps businesses accelerate revenue through smart prospecting and highly personalized outreach.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to delivering product demos, handling objections, and closing new business. The role involves building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, and mapping Zintlr's solutions to customer use cases. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, building enterprise pipeline, forecasting revenue, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales, preferably in related technology products.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and optimising sales cycle.
  • Ability to conduct compelling product demos and presentations for stakeholders at different seniority levels.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand data-driven products and translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience selling into global markets or to sales, marketing, or recruitment teams is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies (e.g., cold outreach, social selling, account-based strategies) is beneficial.
