Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, handling inquiries, tracking progress, and reporting. The role also involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and achieve targets.

Experience:1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies

Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and

information.

Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Apprehend the closing Journals (like Accruals, Prepayment, Provisions, Payroll) and ensuring the appropriatenessof the backups provided

Assist in driving the Process Improvements and Standardization Activities

Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary information for document preparation.

Maintain accurate records of exports using Tally ERP software

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
