Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams for a seamless client experience and accurate record-keeping of sales activities is expected.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client needs
  • Experience with sales techniques, lead generation, and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with presentation abilities
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software platforms
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and achieve targets
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or manufacturing sector is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
