About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client accounts, billing, collections, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and follow up on payments
- Track receivables and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for contracts, purchase orders, and approvals
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports, account statements, and financial summaries
- Support audits and documentation when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 14 years of experience in accounts / finance / client billing role
- Strong knowledge of accounting basics and invoicing processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in events, sports, media, or service-based organizations
- Exposure to GST compliance and basic statutory filings
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts
