Roles and Responsibilities

Booking of Purchase, Sales & Expense on Tally, ERP

Preparation of data for GST & TDS return

Bank Reconciliation

Booking of receipts and payment entries on ERP and Tally

Customer and Vendor reconciliations

Uploading of Payment through Banks

Physical verification of fixed assets

Monthly physical verification of inventory

Preparation of data for various audits

Preparation of documents for foreign remittances

Any report as assigned by finance manager

Requirements of a successful candidate:

B.com/M.com

Proficiency in Tally software.

Knowledge in ERP Next is added advantage

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to think and imagine solutions to problems.

Rapid learner and thinker to implement the new learnings.

Good Team Player practices across

Able to take ownership of work and deliver to completion within agreed timescale.
