Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at ClaimTrack MBS. The Account Executive will be responsible for client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the Home Health and Hospice Billing/RCM industry. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client portfolios, delivering tailored solutions, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in sales strategies, prospecting, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, and CMS regulations is highly desired.
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the Home Health and Hospice or healthcare RCM industry is a plus.
