Account Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Chennai. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions to client needs.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development
• Ability to analyze market trends, develop proposals, and close deals
• Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge or interest in automation, AI, and sustainability is desirable
